We currently ship to the following European countries:

  • Zone 1: Belgium

  • Zone 2: Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain

  • Zone 3: Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland

For countries outside these zones:

  • We do not offer standard checkout shipping due to high shipping costs.

  • Customers may contact us at dispatch@eduardosnegroni.com to request a custom shipping quote.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via trusted postal and parcel carriers: BPOST / BPACK, DPD, POSTNL.

  • The carrier used depends on the delivery location.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and carrier.

  • Delivery times may vary due to:

    • Strikes or transport delays

    • Customs procedures (for UK, Switzerland)

4. Shipping Fees

  • Zone 1 – Belgium: Free shipping on all orders

  • Zone 2 – NL, LU, FR, DE, IT, AT, ES: Free shipping above €80; orders below €80 → €4.95

  • Zone 3 – PT, UK, IE, CH: Free shipping above €100; orders below €100 → €9.95

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Order confirmation and tracking details are sent via email.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery.

    • Provide photos and details of the damage or error
