This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on eduardosnegroni.com, your trusted online shop for ready-to-drink negroni, garnishes, glassware, and merchandise. By ordering from our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Notice Period for Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all products purchased from our online negroni store.
- The 14-day period starts from the date the package arrives at the shipping address provided.
2. Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the bottle seal is intact and unopened.
- Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned or refunded.
- To request a return, contact us at dispatch@eduardosnegroni.com with:

- Photos of the unopened product and packaging
- Reason for the return
Damaged or Broken Products
If your alcohol delivery arrives with broken bottles:
Provide clear photos and documentation of the damage.
We will conduct a thorough investigation, including with our shipping partners.
Refunds or replacements for damaged products will be considered after verification.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the replacement product has a different price, the difference must be paid before shipping the exchange. In case the price difference is in the customer's favor, we'll follow our usual refund policy.
To request an exchange, contact dispatch@eduardosnegroni.com with your order number and the product you would like to receive.
4. Shipping Costs
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the wrong product was shipped.
If the exchange is due to our error, we cover shipping for the replacement product.
5. Processing Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
6. Important Notes
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if these conditions are not met.
